PDF Pro ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") is a PDF editor and reader application for Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PDF Pro.
1. Documents and File Processing
PDF Pro is designed to process documents and other files locally on your Android device for features such as viewing, editing, merging, compressing, converting, scanning, splitting, and related PDF operations.
PDF documents and other files selected for these features are not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by Fluxwave Production for document processing. You control which files you select and process.
2. Account and Personal Information
PDF Pro does not require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, phone number, or password to use its core features.
3. Advertising
PDF Pro uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and app open advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, app interactions, diagnostic information, and information related to advertisements for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. The information processed may vary based on your device, settings, location, applicable law, and available privacy choices.

4. Permissions and Device Features
Depending on the feature you use, PDF Pro may request access to files, photos or media, and the camera. These permissions are used to provide functions such as selecting documents or images, creating PDFs, and scanning documents.
You can manage applicable permissions through your Android device settings. PDF Pro does not require access to contacts, SMS, phone calls, or your device location for its core PDF functionality.
5. PDF Locker and Security Features
PDF Pro includes a local Locker feature for protecting files stored by the application. Locker-protected files and related security information are stored on the device using Android security mechanisms and application-private storage.
PDF Pro does not send your Locker password, recovery information, or protected document contents to Fluxwave Production's servers.
6. Third-Party Services
PDF Pro uses third-party software and services required for advertising and application functionality. Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

7. Data Storage and Retention
Files created, imported, edited, converted, or saved by PDF Pro may remain on your device until you delete them or they are otherwise removed through your device or the application.
PDF Pro does not maintain a personal account database containing your documents. Advertising-related information may be retained or processed by third-party providers according to their policies and applicable legal requirements.
8. Data Security
PDF Pro is designed to keep document processing and sensitive Locker data on the device where possible and uses Android platform security mechanisms for protected local data. However, no electronic system or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
PDF Pro is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
10. Your Choices
You can choose which files and media to process, manage application permissions through Android settings, delete files stored by the application, and manage available advertising privacy choices through your device or Google's advertising controls where applicable.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to PDF Pro, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
